I was fed up with the snow after the 2nd week of having the stuff...evil stuff I tell ya. It's been snowwing on and off the last couple of days, quite heavy yesterday but it didn't stay around for long although there's still a few drifts along the lanes and on the fields. I've had enough and I'm ready for spring as well. Today has been so great, sunshine and blue skies all day long with a few fluffy clouds. It's freezing out there but I won't complain because I do like the cold weather...just not the snow.

It started snowing about 6am this morning and by 9am we had three inches.  Its starting to melt off, but the forecast for most of this week is more snow!  Because of all of this, it has been said that Spring will be a month late coming to England!  YUCK! Sad

I can't remember what happened over there on Groundhog Day, but that has nothing to do with what is going on here.  Its just Mother Nature being awkward!
