Mom is fine and we had an aftershock about 1 ¹/₂ hours ago.

I'm glad your mom's fine. I think the aftershocks freak me out than the actual quake. I'll take hurricanes over quakes anyday, at least you get warnings and you can be prepared to either hunker down or evacuate.

I was not woke up.  I was already up, having coffee and getting ready for work.  I am fine and it did not scare me at all.    While I was having my meal time and it started shaking again,  I said aftershock.

I missed the early morning one.  I slept through it.  The late morning one was very uncomfortable for me, on the 7th floor of an office building.  I wondered about you two over there in Illinois.  I am glad that you are okay.
